About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Newco Communications. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert assistance to clients.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support via phone, email, or digital platforms to customers, ensuring a positive and courteous experience.
  • Offer accurate and timely information to various stakeholders, including curators, judges, and companies.
  • Solve complex problems and resolve issues efficiently, using strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written) and excellent English language skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset but not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
