About the Role

The Global Mobility Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the relocation and assignment process for our employees working internationally, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with local and international immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end relocation process for employees moving to international locations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation or assignment process.
  • Proactively address queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with the payroll and compensation team to provide accurate guidance in such matters for Managers looking for employees internationally or moving employees to international locations.
  • Ensure adherence to immigration laws and regulations for international assignments.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external providers, such as immigration lawyers and tax consultants, to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee mobility data.
  • Generate reports and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update global mobility policies, aligning them with company objectives, local regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the global mobility function.
About You
  • Have previous exposure or understanding of global mobility, immigration, or HR operations, ideally within an international or multicultural environment.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Possess a mandatory English level (C1+); other languages will be considered a plus.
  • Have knowledge of global mobility practices, immigration laws, tax regulations, and international assignment policies.
  • Be familiar with HRIS systems and proficient in using relevant software tools and applications.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and across cultures.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Possess a problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make sound decisions.
  • Show demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
