David Kennedy Recruitment is a leading global recruitment agency, connecting top talent with innovative companies worldwide. We are currently partnering with a forward-thinking Outsourcing/BPO company based in Valencia, Spain, to recruit an Inbound Sales Representative fluent in French and English.

Job Overview:

This dynamic role involves interacting with potential clients through various channels, including phone and email, to provide detailed product information and close sales opportunities. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming presales inquiries, referring non-sales or presales enquiries to the right organization, and managing customer/reseller requests regarding spare parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients via phone and email
  • Providing detailed product information to customers
  • Closing inbound sales for B2C customers
  • Qualifying inbound B2B sales opportunities and passing leads to the relevant team
  • Referring or transferring Reseller & Retailer/eTailer enquiries to the correct organization

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent French (C1) language skills, both oral and written
  • Fluent English (at least B2 level)
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales or a related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively using various channels (phone, email)
  • Familiarity with sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
  • Computer literacy with solid IT knowledge
  • Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade
  • Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt to changing situations
  • Exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills
  • Ability to follow company security protocols
