Job Description

The Chief Mobile Game Revenue Strategist works with game managers to drive revenue strategy throughout the lifecycle of their games, aiming to boost KPIs related to engagement and monetization worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with game leadership (design, project, marketing) to define the roadmap and long-term vision for the games, ensuring targets are met.
  • Develop Live Operations, product, and UA acquisition strategies, shaping the product backlog of the game.
  • Serve as a key contact point for external stakeholders, elevating the business profile of the game across the organization.
  • AB test, research, and analyze data to improve overall performance and support key game decisions.
  • Mentor and train team members to achieve objectives and focus on relevant KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Games/E-commerce or Consulting, preferably in product-oriented roles.
  • Proven track record of working on at least 2 different titles, one being a Live Game operated as a service.
  • Exceptional analytical and data modeling skills; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of top-grossing games and F2P mechanics.
  • Complete fluency in English, both written and orally.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Gameloft operates globally, distributing games in over 100 countries and employing 6,000 people worldwide. We are a Vivendi company, committed to innovation and excellence in the gaming industry.
