The Role: Chief Game Development Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our team as a Chief Game Development Strategist. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for steering game vision, strategy, and development from ideation to live service, driving results through the definition of associated KPIs.

About the Position:

  • Develop and implement a long-term game vision and strategy aligned with the company's growth goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and implement engaging features, mechanics, and systems that fulfill the game's objectives.
  • Take ownership of the product and operations, driving end-to-end responsibility (planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing live features).
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance, recommend tuning mechanics and A/B tests, and identify new features to increase user conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Partner with Tribe Members to drive collaborative decision-making and ensure a unified approach to game development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management working on mobile F2P titles in the role of Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.
  • Proven track record of growing a game or business, with a deep understanding of F2P business models and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to translate analysis into improvement actions, and excellent project management skills.
  • Passion for games, creative mindset, and ability to think outside the box, with a high level of emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial spirit.
