This is an exciting opportunity to join Mygwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community, as a Middle Office Transformation Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and supporting the Head of Programme for Middle Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support local, regional, or global projects and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
  2. Review and document current operating models and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements, including the development of controls and documentation.
  4. Perform gap analysis on processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure process effectiveness.
  6. Conduct pre-go live readiness checks with local and central teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  7. Participate in and facilitate workshops to document and transfer knowledge.
  8. Develop training materials and support training delivery to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  9. Create business requirement documents for enhancements or bug resolution.
  10. Provide test-case scenarios and support testing as needed.
  11. Support the definition of reporting needs and solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Ideally 1-3 years of experience in process analysis, process engineering, or business analysis roles.
  2. Experience in operations management, involved in continuous improvement projects.
  3. 'Doer' attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Process documentation, optimization, and re-engineering skills.
  5. SalesForce and NetSuite knowledge is a plus.
  6. Ticketing tool usage and/or configuration is a plus.
  7. Tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Visio (or other process design tools).
  8. Dynamic, curious, highly organized with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
  9. Recruiting industry knowledge.
  10. English proficiency; other EU languages is a plus.
  11. Reporting skills.
  12. Strong communication skills.
  13. Strong team spirit and empathy.
  14. Ability to work under pressure.
  15. Ability to successfully manage various projects simultaneously.
  16. Experience in a very multinational environment.
