About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support local, regional, or global projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Review, understand, and document current ASIS operating models and detailed processes to identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Programme for Middle Office to design and document TOBE processes, including necessary controls.
  • Perform and document gap analysis on processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Define, implement, and report KPIs and SLAs to measure performance and drive results.
  • Participate in and/or facilitate workshops for ASIS documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless handovers.
  • Prepare training material for central and local teams, support training delivery, and follow up on execution to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Create Business Requirement documents for enhancements or bug resolution when applicable.
  • Provide test-case scenarios and support on testing when needed to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support defining reporting needs and solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in process analysis, process engineering, or business analysis roles.
  • Experience in operations management (finance and non-finance) with a focus on continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a 'doer' attitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and other process design tools.
  • Dynamic, curious, and highly organized, with excellent communication and team spirit skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and successfully manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
