Reporting directly to and working in close collaboration with the Head of Programme for Middle Office, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities
  • Support local, regional, or global projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Review, understand, and document current business operating models and detailed processes to identify areas for optimization.
  • Support on TOBE process design and documentation, including the needed controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Perform and document Gap Analysis on business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Define, implement, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure business performance.
  • Participate in and/or facilitate workshops for business documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless handovers.
  • Prepare training material for central and local teams, support on training delivery, and follow up on execution to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Create Business Requirement documents for enhancements or bug resolution when applicable.
  • Provide test-case scenarios and support on testing when needed to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support on defining reporting needs and solutions to provide business insights and drive decision-making.
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in process analysis, process engineering, or business analysis roles.
  • Experience in operations management (finance and non-finance) with a focus on continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a 'doer' attitude.
  • Process documentation, optimization, and re-engineering skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus.
  • Ticketing tool usage and/or configuration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio (or other process design tools).
  • Dynamic, curious, highly organized with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
  • Recruiting industry knowledge.
  • English proficiency.
  • Other EU languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong team spirit and empathy.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to successfully manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in a very multinational environment.
