We're seeking an experienced and analytical Google Ads Display Specialist to join our team. This role involves building and managing highly impactful Google Ads display acquisition campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, and driving conversions, revenue, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets optimizing towards long-term scale and profitability
- Develop and optimize best-in-class Google Ads and Microsoft Ads DR-led campaigns across Google/Microsoft Display Network, Demand Gen, YouTube, and other channels/platforms to achieve business goals
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to ensure pacing to targets while driving incremental business growth
- Set the strategy and roadmap for scaling display campaigns efficiently, while prioritizing effectively
- Plan and implement experiments, including A/B & MVT tests of campaign creatives and other variables to increase campaign efficiency and drive ROI improvements
- Recommend creative and landing page strategies and consult on creative and landing page optimizations
- Track KPIs to assess performance and efficient execution of KPIs, effectively communicating performance and recommendations for continuous improvement to relevant business stakeholders
- Conduct regular competitive research and analysis to identify performance growth points
- Collaborate with colleagues from paid acquisition and other teams (creative, product, etc.) to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI
- Maintain partnerships with Display vendors (e.g., Google & Microsoft, DSP) and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads, sharing insights with the team to improve overall performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management and optimization, focusing predominantly on Google Display Network
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher level)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset, knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel), and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)
- Experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Clarisights
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with the ability to pivot quickly when necessary
- Experience with other media buying solutions such as DSPs, native ads platforms (optional)
- A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, actionable plans
- Track record of successful change and project management
- Strong attention to detail and experience leveraging data and analytics to make informed strategic decisions and optimize product performance
- Passion for learning and self-improvement
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
