About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to accelerate your career and contribute to the growth of our employees at Worldline. As a People Development Expert, you will play a key role in shaping our people development engagement initiatives and collaborating with various stakeholders to deploy career development processes and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and manage Career Development tools, including career maps and learning paths, to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Oversee people review campaigns to identify talents and succession planning, supporting career growth and development.
  • Manage internal communications within the company on people development engagement topics, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to talent management and other key metrics, developing and improving solutions to make data available to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Top Employer audit for the team and participate in ad-hoc projects linked to the Development pillar of PDE.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in people development, skills paths, and talent management or related roles.
  • Strong passion for people development and engagement, with a focus on career advancement and talent management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English - oral and written, with additional languages an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset, with a motivated, proactive, and curious approach to work.
