About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Development Specialist to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our people development engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage career development tools, including career maps and learning paths, to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Oversee people review campaigns to identify talents and succession planning, supporting career growth and development.
- Manage internal communications on people development engagement topics, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Generate and analyze reports related to talent management and key metrics, developing and improving solutions to make data available to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate Top Employer audits for the team, ensuring compliance and excellence.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects linked to the Development pillar of PDE, such as Skills Paths online skills repository tools.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in people development, skills paths, and talent management or related roles.
- Strong passion for people development and engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English oral and written; additional languages are an advantage.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Motivated, proactive, and curious with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
