The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Development Expert to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our Career Management, Performance & Development team, you will play a critical role in shaping our people development and engagement initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage Career Development tools, including career maps and learning paths, to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Oversee people review campaigns to identify talents and succession planning, supporting career growth and development.
  • Communicate internal communications within the company on people development and engagement topics, ensuring a cohesive and aligned approach.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to talent management and key metrics, developing and improving solutions to make data available to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate transversal team activities, including the Top Employer audit for the team.
  • Lead ad-hoc projects linked to the Development pillar of PDE, such as Skills Paths and online skills repository tools.

Who Are We Looking For

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in people development, skills paths, and talent management or related roles.
  • A strong passion for people development and engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English – oral and written, with additional languages an advantage.
  • A high attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Motivated, proactive, and curious with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
