We are seeking an English-speaking Administrative Assistant to support the sales team of a prominent food corporation in the Valencia region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise sales administration
* Ensure accurate invoicing of commercial operations
* Manage orders and related documentation
* Coordinate logistics operations and shipping documents
* Liaise with suppliers and customers via telephone and email
* Incident management (weekend shift for one month)

Requirements:

* Training in Business Administration, Economics, or International Trade
* Essential high level of English and Spanish
* Administrative experience, sales department experience desirable
* Experience in the food sector valuable
* Expertise in Outlook and Office, ERP valued
