Logistics Administrative Assistant

Acertto Talent Linkers is a consultancy firm specialising in the recruitment and selection of qualified professionals at national and European level.
We are looking for an English-speaking Administrative Assistant to support the sales team of a leading corporation in the food sector located in the Valencia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the administration of sales
- Ensure proper invoicing of commercial operations
- Manage orders and related documentation
- Coordinate logistics operations and shipping documents of goods
- Establish and maintain communication with suppliers and customers
- Manage incidents (weekend shift for one month)
Requirements:
- Training in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or similar
- High level of English and Spanish
- Administrative experience, sales department experience desirable
- Experience in the food sector is valuable
- Expert in Outlook and Office, ERP valued
