SalaryThe salary for this position is approximately $190,000 per annum, based on factors such as location, experience, education, and skill set. Compensation may also include bonus, commission, or equity.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking an exceptional lawyer to lead our North America legal team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic, timely, and high-quality legal advice on a broad range of matters.
- Leading the Oatly North America Legal team and supporting all functions across the business.
- Advising on regulatory, compliance, intellectual property, employment, corporate governance, data privacy, litigation, and contracts.
- Coordinating with other Oatly regions and the Global General Counsel.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Approximately 10 years of practicing attorney experience, preferably in CPG/food beverage law.
- A J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials.
- Licensure in at least one US state and excellent management, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-house experience preferred but not required.
