Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Affinis Selección De Personal & Headhunting. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of our QAD systems and modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the support, development, and rollout of QAD systems and modules related to company international projects, based on business needs.
  • Help in systems support and local project implementation as part of the local company IT team.
  • Provide technical maintenance of the IT infrastructure and continuous improvement of the system and application.
  • Enhance technical and functional knowledge of the team and coordinate time and priorities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QAD ERP environments.
  • Solid understanding of QAD Enterprise Edition functionality.
  • Business processes knowledge in manufacturing companies.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork, and leadership.
  • Good English level; any additional language is an asset.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Highly engaged in work; able to work flexible hours as appropriate with no time constraints.
Technical Knowledge:
  • Technical knowledge in QAD infrastructure is appreciated.
  • Progress 4GL RDBMS and programming language / SQL is important.
  • Basic administration of Linux O.S / shell scripting is welcome.
Additional Characteristics:
  • Knowledge in other IT fields or systems is also interesting (RF environments, interoperability, business intelligence, etc.).
  • Knowledge in Perl, C, C++, Java are assets.
