Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Zurich Australian Insurance. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and consolidate user feedback and support Product Owners in managing the holistic backlog.
- Provide business user support via the ServiceNow platform, triage and respond to user requests, and assign to respective IT teams.
- Analyze business requirements and identify dependencies, aligning the development of new features with other systems.
- Engage and manage the Subject Matter Expert (SME) network, host regular clinic sessions upon business needs, and maintain collaboration channels.
- Keep training material and user guides up-to-date, upskill the SME network, and deliver required trainings.
- Experience with business requirements analysis (min 2-3 years).
- Business process improvement and modeling tools (general knowledge of Agile methodology with experience preferred).
- Experience in insurance, preferred in international program business (experience in producing Underwriting / Underwriting Services role is an advantage).
- Understanding about the Policy Issuance processes and the life cycle of an International Program (would be an advantage).
- Must possess in-depth, strong problem-solving analytical skills, facilitation, and coordination skills.
- Able to identify and consider business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills needed; ability to tailor approach based upon audience and message.
- Fluent in English (other languages is an advantage).
- High education diploma (Bachelor or Master's degree) in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
