Business Analyst Role at SGS

At SGS, we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT Corporate team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in enhancing business processes and systems, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and improve their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand business needs, assess stakeholder requirements, and translate them into well-documented requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and systems, and manage the backlog of demands and requirements.
  • Develop high-level and detailed functional designs, define acceptance criteria, review testing plans, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Analyze and document applications and business requirements, create epics and user stories, and support deployment and rollout plans.
  • Contribute to demand management by analyzing business requirements and providing support to Service Managers for functional service requests.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Experience managing requirements through the entire life cycle.
  • Proficiency in business analysis frameworks and techniques.
