Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Affinis. As a key member of our QAD Core Team, you will play a crucial role in the Support, Development, and Rollout of QAD systems and modules related to our International Projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for QAD systems and modules, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the QAD Core Team to develop and implement new functions and modules, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead the rollout of QAD systems to additional sites, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Perform technical maintenance of the IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and reliability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the system and application, enhancing technical and functional knowledge of the team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QAD ERP environments.
  • Deep understanding of QAD Enterprise Edition functionality.
  • Business processes knowledge in manufacturing companies.
  • Excellent communication skills, team working, and leadership abilities.
  • Good English level, with any additional language an asset.
  • Experience in international environments and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to travel when required, with a flexible approach to working hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical knowledge of QAD infrastructure, Progress 4GL, RDBMS, and programming languages.
  • Linux OS basic administration and shell scripting skills.
  • Knowledge in other IT fields or systems, such as RF environments, interoperability, and business.
