The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Graduate Product Manager to join our team at Puig, a leading global player in the fashion and beauty industry. As a Graduate Product Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our teams in the development of marketing plans for the Benetton fragrance brand.

Your role will involve participating in the ideation of concepts for new launches, leading promotional calendar and product development projects, and supporting content creation for commercial periods. You will also be responsible for coordinating the development of all support materials to guarantee successful launches, working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Benetton fragrance brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions
  • Manage and coordinate the development of marketing materials, including packaging, advertising, and digital content
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry
  • University degree or Master's in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
