The New Partner Team is responsible for setting up and onboarding conventional lodging properties within their assigned territory. As a Partner Growth and Development Specialist, you will assist in this process and help properties maximize their production potential from their participation in the Expedia marketplace.

You will leverage the power of Expedia Group's unique data insights to educate potential properties on the benefits of partnering with Expedia. This includes introducing them to our full suite of tools and services, such as revenue management, marketing and merchandising opportunities, and specialized brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing on high-value conventional lodging leads from fresh leads and untouched opportunities within target markets as assigned by the distribution engine.
  • Building the portfolio of hotel partners by introducing prospective partners to Expedia and facilitating their onboarding process.
  • Educating partners on how to offer competitive hotel products (content, rates and availability) to be consistently optimized on the Expedia sites.
  • Advising partners on additional lodging rates and availability information regarding high demand and compression periods.
  • Employing active listening during conversations with potential partners to adapt responses to local market conditions and partner needs.
  • Sharing best practices within the team in order to achieve overall team targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree; in a related field or equivalent related professional experience.
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience, commercial experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English + at least one additional European language and/or Arabic.
  • Drive for Results.
