- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, including IT and HR stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and support to internal clients to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR and Legal projects related to the IT department.
- Monitor project budgets and select suppliers to ensure efficient delivery.
- Manage incidents and changes in the Service Desk, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining SLA targets.
- Participate in Service Desk changes to control priority aging and quality.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience providing support to Human Resources from the Technology area in SAP Success Factors Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, and People Analytics.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent level of English and Spanish is an asset.
- Desire to work in an international information systems environment.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- SAP Success Factors Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession & Development, and People Analytics.
- Other Success Factors modules are an asset.
- SAP HCM is an asset.
