As a Program Manager - People Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in providing reports and driving insights to derive strategic actions based on HR data.

About the role:

As a key member of our People & Culture organization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide and analyze workforce data, identify areas for organizational improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.

The work you'll do:

  • Prepare regular People Analytics reports to inform business decisions
  • Automate data flow for company-wide People & Culture reporting to increase efficiency
  • Configure and maintain the Workday People Analytics module to drive tool adoption and insights
  • Build dashboards and organizational health reports for People Business Partners to support strategic planning
  • Support and/or run deep-dive analyses on specific HR topics to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify patterns and trends in people data
  • Create data visualizations in presentations to inform decision-making on people topics
  • Co-create the People Analytics strategy, manage strategic people projects, and drive the evolution from a reporting function to an analytics and insights-driven motion
  • Implement best practices in People Analytics and stay current with industry trends

The qualifications you need:

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; or comparable hands-on experience
  • 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Data Analysis, People Strategy, or a related field
  • Advanced skills in Workday, with experience in data structures, reporting, and People Analytics in the Workday suite
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders (including senior management)
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, principles, and trends
  • Hands-on mentality, independent way of working, high reliability and ability to work in an international team
  • Business fluency in English, both written and oral
