About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our People Analytics efforts. As a key member of our People & Culture organization, you will drive insights and strategic actions based on HR data.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workforce data, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in People Analytics, data analysis, and project management. You will be responsible for automating data flow, configuring and maintaining the Workday People Analytics module, and building dashboards and reports for People Business Partners.
Key qualifications include a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related field.
Advanced skills in Workday, data analysis tools, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Excellent project management and communication skills are also essential.
The Work You'll Do:
- Automate data flow for company-wide People & Culture reporting
- Configure and maintain the Workday People Analytics module
- Build dashboards and organizational health reports for People Business Partners
- Support and/or run deep-dive analyses on specific HR topics
- Conduct advanced data analysis and identify patterns and trends in people data
- Create data visualizations and use data storytelling techniques to inform decision-making
- Co-create the People Analytics strategy and manage strategic people projects
What We're Looking For:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related field
- Advanced skills in Workday and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management and communication skills
