Enterprise Product Owner

C.H. Robinson is seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the strategic direction and success of our Global Forwarding Customer Digital products, API, and EDI.
In this role, you will shape the product's vision and strategy, turning it into actionable plans that enhance the customer experience.
You will work closely with global cross-functional teams, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
As the voice of the customer, you will ensure product features align with real-world needs and contribute to business growth.
This is your chance to utilize your global forwarding or logistics domain expertise to develop and enhance our product further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product's vision and strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver solutions
- Ensure product features align with customer needs and contribute to business growth
- Develop deep domain expertise in the supply chain industry
- Respond to support incidents and work with the team to determine a potential fix and priority
Requirements:
- Over 2 years of logistics/supply chain experience, preferably in the global forwarding domain
- Proven ability and willingness to quickly learn new applications
- Understanding of technical strategy and product development vision
- Demonstrated critical thinking, negotiation, facilitation, consulting, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic, and analytical skills
- Strong facilitator; adept at running meetings with end users, soliciting, and managing business requirements, and balancing priorities
- Knowledge of transportation management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English
