Enterprise Product Owner

C.H. Robinson is seeking a dynamic Product Owner to lead the strategic direction and success of our Global Forwarding Customer Digital products. In this role, you will shape the product's vision and strategy, turning it into actionable plans that enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with global cross-functional teams, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the global forwarding industry and its trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Work with engineering teams to design and develop product features that meet customer needs.
- Lead and participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint demonstrations, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain a backlog of refined user stories for development.
- Collaborate with developers to provide support for their analysis of the story.
- Validate that product feature deliveries meet requirements.
- Over 2 years of logistics/supply chain experience, preferably in the global forwarding domain.
- Proven ability and willingness to quickly learn new applications.
- Understanding of technical strategy and product development vision.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, negotiation, facilitation, consulting, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic, and analytical skills.
- Strong facilitator; adept at running meetings with end users, soliciting, and managing business requirements, and balancing priorities.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English.
