We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Data Team as a Data Analytics Program Manager. As a pivotal member of our central Data Team, you will act as the primary interface between data and key business units, leading and coordinating strategic projects that will shape the way we use data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Own all activities throughout a data program lifecycle to ensure the BI portfolio, driving and facilitating projects and communicating proactively with all stakeholders and teams.
- Business Insights: Gather requirements from business users, register properly and participate in the prioritization process, critically evaluating resources and strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Interview end-users to determine the need for data, reporting, analysis, and data quality, working with Product Owner(s) to shape the end-to-end product strategy and determine business value.
- Project Planning: Plan project scope and establish measurable goals, establishing project timelines and managing the project, including escalations, to complete the project on schedule and within budget.
- Performance Metrics: Define, implement, and track performance metrics once solution enters production, developing a deep understanding of technical solutions developed.
- Guidelines and Standards: Provide established guidelines, standards, methodologies, and conventions, synthesizing complex analytics-derived insights into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations that business users can easily extract and execute on.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience (>8 years) in a similar role, working as a BI & Analytics project or program manager.
- Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken in English and Spanish.
- International Experience: Experience in international environments is required.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- Technical Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and traditional waterfall approach, data visualization background – ideally Tableau or PowerBI, experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, knowledge of data mesh, data governance, and BI and Analytics management.
