We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Data Team as a Data Analytics Program Manager. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic projects, providing technical assistance to various teams, and shaping the way we use data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Own all activities throughout the data program lifecycle to ensure the BI portfolio.
- Drive and facilitate projects, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and manage change.
- Gather requirements from business users, register properly, and participate in prioritization.
- Interview end-users to determine the need for data, reporting, analysis, and data quality.
- Work with Product Owners to shape the end-to-end product strategy and determine business value.
- Plan project scope, establish measurable goals, and manage the project to complete it on schedule and within budget.
- Define, implement, and track performance metrics once the solution enters production.
- Develop a deep understanding of technical solutions, synthesize complex analytics-derived insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Provide established guidelines, standards, methodologies, and conventions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (> 8 years) in a similar role, working as a BI & Analytics project or program manager.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Experience in international environments is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and traditional waterfall approach.
- Data visualization background – ideally Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of data mesh, data governance, and BI and Analytics management.
- Knowledge of Azure Databricks for analytics workflows or similar platforms is a plus.
