The Job: As a Client Renewal Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and growing our relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the renewal of their contracts, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewal process, fostering trust and establishing a strong foundation for long-term relationships.
  2. Effectively convert renewal leads into opportunities and revenue pipelines by filtering them through various criteria, such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  3. Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, company sizes, and types to understand their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  4. Understand customers' current license positions within their companies, leveraging our cloud technologies to secure customer wins and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as needed.
  5. Support the renewal process by engaging and coordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned with customer needs, ensuring timely renewal closures.
  6. Address competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  7. Leverage various communication channels, including social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments, to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.

Requirements:

  1. You possess native-level fluency in Norwegian and are proficient in English (B2).
  2. A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success. Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred.
  3. Sales/customer service relationship background and telephone experience are preferred.
  4. You have a solid understanding and level of computer handling skills.
