About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team at Lastminute Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing CRM and Social marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to leverage customer data and improve retention rates.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for our CRM and social media channels to engage customers and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Design and execute email campaigns to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM and social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM and social media campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
