About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the Prime Video Global Operations team as an Operations Team Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality content to our global audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 10-15 digital content associates on tasks related to content publishing, quality, and data labelling.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to execute business goals and drive operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and share best practices across all teams.
  • Plan and commit to deliverables by managing team resources and infrastructure, queue, shifts, cross-training, and time off.
  • Provide support for the optimization of various operations, team productivity, customer experience, and workforce metrics.
  • Perform root cause analysis and create documentation to reflect identified gaps, problems, root causes, and solutions.
  • Initiate and lead process improvement projects, present solutions, and implement them to relevant operational areas.
  • Evaluate existing team members and hire new ones while applying the Amazon hiring bar.
About the Team

The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.

We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.

Requirements
  • Experience of directly managing a 10+ member team.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in influencing both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified or trained in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Experience in the post-house/studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
  • Experience and understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
  • Experience in data analysis, either through professional experience or education.
  • Experience in content publishing, quality, and data labelling.
