About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our leadership team. As a key advisor to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and implementing projects that drive business growth. Your expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting will be essential in guiding our company's financial health and success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Decision Preparation: Assist the CEO in setting the organizational agenda and preparing strategy meetings, evaluating and defining options for strategically important topics.
  2. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, coordinate between teams, and ensure deadlines are met, maintaining high productivity and quality.
  3. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly performance against budget and forecasts, providing analysis for senior leaders, the board, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with business units to gather information, analyze trends, and make recommendations for optimizing financial performance.
  5. Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
