Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Buyer to join our team at Alstom, a leading provider of smart innovations for mobility solutions. As a Procurement Buyer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services to support our production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery of materials and services.
- Manage purchase orders and negotiate prices to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and goals.
- Develop and implement procurement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Professional education in Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and material planning and procurement tools.
