About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially-minded individual to join our team as a Commercial Strategy Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for leading critical commercial initiatives that drive business performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our global commercial teams with GTM planning, analysis of customer performance, and market trend identification.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders across the organization to drive strategic and tactical projects.
  • Develop and execute targeted customer interview or survey programs to assess customer buying behavior, satisfaction, and expectations.
  • Communicate market and customer insights to Commercial Teams and inform the future development of our value proposition to customers.
  • Support the commercial team with development of proposals for strategic or complex deals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or STEM-related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a consulting, corporate finance, and/or strategy role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly and concisely present ideas to variety of audiences.
  • Hard-working, proactive, and result-driven individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about using data to drive commercial strategy, preferably with a proven track record in project management.
