About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Arηs, a leading provider of IT project management services. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and team members.
  • Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, including project progress, issues, and risks.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement project quality plans, including quality metrics and quality assurance processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in project management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management with a project management methodology (e.g. Prince2 or equivalent) in IT software development.
  • Experience with quality procedures and quality assurance processes.
  • Proven experience with project management tools, including Clarity PPM and JIRA.
  • Proven experience as Project Manager using leading methodologies and standards including MSP and Prince2 (or equivalent).
  • Good reporting methods and excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to apply high-quality standards to all tasks and high leadership and organisation skills.
  • Proven ability to speak, write and read fluently in English (C1). For the deployed resources in Europe, they must speak the language of the national office at a native level (C2).
  • Ability to participate in multilingual meetings, good communication skills, and ability to give effective presentations.
  • Capability of working in an international / multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience of working in a team, as well as understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions.
  • Ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
