**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Arhs. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects from initiation to delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage projects to support the organization's strategic objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, identify key milestones, and outline budget to ensure compliance with agreed tolerances.
  • Identify dependencies in the project lifecycle and interdependencies with other projects.
  • Manage budget execution, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits.
  • Provide proposals for project strategies, planning, and definition of tasks and deliverables.
  • Guide the project team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables.
  • Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings.
  • Maintain stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Estimate costs and timescales for the successful completion of each project.
  • Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and track activities against the plan.
  • Monitor costs, timescales, and resources used, and take corrective actions where necessary.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management with a project management methodology (e.g. Prince2 or equivalent) in IT software development.
