About SITA
SITA is the leading specialist in air transport communications and information technology, connecting the global aviation industry and addressing almost every core business, operational, baggage, and passenger process in air transport.
As a Product Specialist in the SITA Communications and Data Exchange team, you will join our dynamic Network Product Team in implementing the product marketing strategy, clear customer communications, and product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on trends related to our products, technologies, and market.
- Gather customer needs and competitors' analysis.
- Collect salesforce feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Analyze product usage to identify trends and insights.
What You Will Do
- Create engaging product collaterals.
- Support in managing product roadmap tools and KPI dashboard.
- Assist in product development and business case creation.
- Support the coordination of project activities and timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
