Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in German and English. You will be the primary point of contact for billing and technical inquiries, and will work closely with various departments and vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound service requests via phone, email, and live chat
Accurately log all issues and status updates in our internal tracking system
Reconcile invoices and explain charges to customers
Initiate adjustments to customer billing charges as needed
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with cloud solutions (Microsoft O365, Adobe, Dropbox, etc.)
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and/or Azure is an advantage
Ability to prioritize user requests effectively and manage user expectations
Passion for driving exceptional customer experience
Previous experience troubleshooting and debugging SaaS cloud solutions is an asset
