Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team as Vice President, Human Resources for LASER Geo. This role will be responsible for providing a full range of HR support and program implementation activities across multiple businesses and functions to support the LASER Geo, covering countries that make up Latin America and Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of the company's HR strategies, processes, policies, systems, and metrics across the organization with global scope.
- Develop and manage the human resources annual operating plan and budget based on each year's top priorities driven by business needs.
- Ensure that the company's HR function is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Partner with and influence clients at the EVP and SVP level.
- Assess and monitor current and future HR processes, systems, and operational needs to ensure best-in-class delivery and process efficiencies.
- Drive global strategies and initiatives by exercising significant governance oversight in multiple areas (e.g., key policy decisions, requisition approval, resolution of high-impact disputes).
- Has significant financial responsibility (e.g., budget of $1 million+ USD).
- Lead a team of Directors, Managers, and Senior Individual Contributors for a business function and/or region by setting overall program initiatives, allocating financial and human capital for programs and projects, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of human resource programs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a global organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of HR professionals, with a focus on developing and retaining top talent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
