The Villeroy & Boch Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers in the ceramics and lifestyle sector.
This role focuses on developing strategic account plans to grow business within assigned hotels and increase market share in major hotel projects across Spain and EMEA.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team as a Global Account Manager, Hospitality.
Main Responsibilities- Build connections with key stakeholders such as investors, franchisees, and project management teams operating hotel projects across Spain and EMEA.
- Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with other company resources.
- Drive sales performance and results across the EMEA strategy.
- Differentiate products through knowledge and insights to create opportunities within accounts.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage performance and communicate effectively with the team.
- Nurture strong customer relationships at all levels of the client organization and relevant stakeholders or decision-makers involved in our hotel projects.
- Manage and guide account team members on activities and client engagements, collaborating with regions and teams responsible for the hospitality business.
- Develop account and opportunity strategies to grow market share.
