Claims Specialist

As a Claims Specialist, you will play a key role in the Claims Department of AXA XL, working closely with stakeholders to improve engagement and best advance team objectives.

You will be responsible for managing follow business claims, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date. This includes supervising outsourced claims in India and Poland, reviewing claims statements, and following up with teams.

You will also provide administrative support to the Claims Spain department, including opening and sorting correspondence, preparing reports, and collecting judicial suits through Taxes portals.

This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with uncertainty and cultural differences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise follow business outsourced in India and Poland
  • Review follow claims statements on a monthly basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree desirable but not exclusive
  • Fluent English and Spanish communication skills
  • Proven experience in similar functions and responsibilities
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, internal colleagues, and departments
