We are seeking a highly skilled Security Architect to join our team at Verisure, a global leader in professionally monitored security solutions. As a key member of our Security Architecture & Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and services.
Key Responsibilities- Security Reference Architecture: Develop and maintain a comprehensive security reference architecture framework that aligns with global best practices and industry standards.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring that security is integrated into all aspects of our product development and operations.
- Product Ownership: Own and manage the Identity and Access Management (IAM) toolset, including identity governance and management, and privileged access management.
- Security Design and Review: Design and review system architectures to ensure they meet security requirements and reduce cyber threats.
- Communication and Influencing: Collaborate with stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure that security is embedded in our product development.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years of experience as a security architect.
- Experience with Sailpoint and Cyberark products.
- Secure system design experience designing and reviewing system architectures regarding digital identities for customers and employees.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to gather requirements, discuss architectural designs, and agree on key decisions with stakeholders.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- Secure system design experience designing and reviewing the security of system architectures regarding a broad set of domains, such as distributed systems architecture, event-driven architecture, APIs and web architecture, integration architecture patterns, microservices, containers, and serverless.
- Experience working asynchronously in a geodistributed team with different methods, such as Kanban and Scrum.
- Experience designing threat models and knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK.
- Experience with major public cloud providers and hybrid environments.
- Experience with IoT, particularly smart home technologies, and the business models behind them.
- Advanced security certification, such as SABSA or CISSP.
