Key Responsibilities- Security Reference Architecture: Develop and maintain a comprehensive security reference architecture framework that aligns with global best practices and industry standards.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership on large-scale security transformation programs, ensuring the implementation of secure systems and architectures.
- Product Ownership: Serve as the product owner for Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, including identity governance and management, and privileged access management.
- Communication and Influencing: Collaborate with stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure the adoption of secure practices across the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years of experience as a security architect.
- Experience with Sailpoint and Cyberark products.
- Secure system design experience, including designing and reviewing system architectures regarding digital identities for customers and employees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather requirements, discuss architectural designs, and agree on key decisions with stakeholders.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- Experience with UML, C4model, or other conventions or tools to document architecture designs.
- Experience with distributed systems architecture, event-driven architecture, APIs and web architecture, integration architecture patterns, microservices, containers, and serverless.
- Experience with IoT, particularly smart home technologies, and the business models behind them.
- Advanced security certification, such as SABSA or CISSP.
- Software engineering background and experience.
