Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Architect to join our Security Architecture & Engineering (SAE) team. As a key member of our InfoSec team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, products, and services. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement secure system architectures, including identity and access management (IAM), to protect our customers' homes and families.
Key Responsibilities- Security Architecture: Develop and maintain a comprehensive security reference architecture framework that aligns with global best practices and industry standards.
- Product Owner: Oversee the IAM tools, including identity governance and management, and privileged access management. Create a product roadmap, prioritize features, and collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment with our business needs.
- Technical Leadership: Lead large-scale IAM transformation programs across the organization, ensuring the successful implementation of secure systems and architectures.
- Communication & Influencing: Collaborate with stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure that security is embedded in our product development processes.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years as a security architect.
- Experience with Sailpoint and Cyberark products, as well as secure system design and development.
- Strong communication and technical skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with distributed systems architecture, event-driven architecture, APIs, and web architecture.
- Knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and threat modeling.
- Experience working in a geo-distributed team with different methodologies, such as Kanban and Scrum.
- Advanced security certifications, such as SABSA or CISSP.
