Job Description:

At Hola Consultores, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our IT infrastructure services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the development, procurement, and proactive maintenance of IT infrastructure services.
  • Ensure that services evolve in line with organizational needs and new technologies.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives as key enablers of the architecture.

Requirements:
  • Experienced IT manager with at least 2 years of experience managing infrastructures on mid-sized or large companies.
  • Excellent knowledge on infrastructures, networking, and public cloud technologies.
  • Experienced Service Management professional with a passion for Service Improvement.
  • Experience of managing teams of technicians.
  • Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services.

Desirable Skills:
  • Demonstrable knowledge on Microsoft systems: Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10 & server, Intune, etc.
  • Demonstrable knowledge on AWS is a must.
  • Strong working knowledge of ITSM (Jira or similar).
  • AWS, Azure, and/or Microsoft 365 certification is desirable.
