Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager, Rail Automation to join our vibrant international team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for achieving global sales and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic and mid-term business strategies, structures, and processes to exploit market opportunities.
- Build lasting customer relationships in collaboration with other areas and regions.
- Define and drive cost improvement measures to reach target pricing in partnership with all relevant departments and partners.
- Develop and implement profitable growth opportunities to enhance market penetration and increase sales volume.
Requirements
- University degree
- English command
- Experience in Sales/Business Development functions/Strategic Consulting > 5 years
- Experience in global interaction with customers/partners/providers from multiple countries and cross-function experience/knowledge
- High knowledge in rail automation systems and components will be highly appreciated
- Drive for results
