About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our Operations Practice Area in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with case teams to provide expert advisory and knowledge assets to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive problem-solving and solutioning for clients, generating insights towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context.
  • Lead the development and commercialization of Procurement knowledge and assets, aiming to innovate our offers and enhance our go-to-market approaches.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility.
  • Work effectively in a matrix organization, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative ideas and solutions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of consulting experience in operations/procurement required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum procurement experience required; 4-6+ years of procurement experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor/Master degree from a reputed university with demonstrated academic achievements.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (especially Advanced MS Excel).
  • Good communication skills to manage stakeholders' expectations.
  • Fluency in English; German language preferred.
