We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our Payments and FinTech Practice at Boston Consulting Group. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing industry and functional expertise to our clients, working closely with case teams and topic/sector leaders to develop knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory.
Key Responsibilities- Provide thought leadership and content expertise to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping to structure and solve complex issues.
- Support the development of new intellectual property and knowledge assets for the Payments and FinTech Practice.
- Collaborate with business leaders to commercialize knowledge assets, supporting marketing efforts, conferences, and publications.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and guiding junior colleagues, sharing best practices within the team.
- 2+ years of consulting experience in Payments and/or FinTech required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred in Payments.
- Strong understanding of payments and broader financial services industry.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Fluency in English.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
Our Payments and FinTech Practice is a growing global team that works with all players across the value chain - from Merchants to Issuers - across a broad array of topics. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will get exposed to the entire waterfront of our work in the practice and work with a caring and growth-oriented team.
