We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our Operations Practice Area in Germany. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving problem-solving and solutioning for clients, generating insights towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and commercialize procurement knowledge and assets, aiming to innovate our offers and enhance our go-to-market approaches.
- Collaborate with case teams and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
- Support business development and go-to-market efforts of the procurement topic business, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts as opportunities arise.
- Develop intellectual property and knowledge assets while managing content on internal BCG websites, ensuring the availability of the latest, high-quality content.
- 2+ years of consulting experience in operations/procurement required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum procurement experience required; 4-6+ years of procurement experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor/Master degree from a reputed university with demonstrated academic achievements.
- Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (especially Advanced MS Excel).
- Good communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Fluency in English; German language preferred.
