About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our Operations team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and commercialize procurement knowledge and assets to innovate our offers and enhance our go-to-market approaches.
  • Lead problem-solving and solutioning for clients, generating insights towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context.
  • Collaborate with case teams and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
  • Support business development and go-to-market efforts of the procurement topic business, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of consulting experience in operations/procurement required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum procurement experience required; 4-6+ years of procurement experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor/Master degree from a reputed university with demonstrated academic achievements.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (especially Advanced MS Excel).
  • Good communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Fluency in English; German language preferred.
